Expect lots of sassy gay speak to be used in the product descriptions as they are written by BRIAN THORNTON (of FaggotyAssFaggot.com) and some real cute photo’s of guys and dogs too. Jeff lives with 3 Boston Terriers and a Doberman Pinscher but no mention of a husband/boyfriend. Love it! Check em out. They have some butch stuff for you leather queens too.

“LUMP” (which means rascal in German) was the name of the DACHSHUND that came to live with PICASSO in 1957 at “Villa La Californie” his hillside mansion in Cannes. Lump also appears in 15 of the 44 paintings painted by Picasso from the “Meninas” series. After sharing the household for six years with Picasso’s other dog, a BOXER named “YAN”, Lump died in April 1973 just one week before the great artist himself. BARK JACOBS is the name designer MARC JACOBS (also the artistic director of Louis Vuitton) gave his dog sweater line that was inspired by his BULL TERRIER “ALFRED”. “I have a major relationship with my dog. A wonderful relationship, in fact some days I think the best relationship I’ve ever had is with my dog. He’s the greatest”. His boyfriend JASON PRESTON has a CHIHUAHUA named “GIA” that he says he never gets tired of kissing. He also says “I have met the man of my dreams the amazing and beautiful Marc” and he has the tattoo to prove it. Two very different men with different taste in dogs. I just hope things continue to work out for them. Besides tattoo’s are hard to remove.

On August 19 & 20th I had the pleasure of attending PET FASHION WEEK NY which consisted of 2 days of the “pet lifestyle” trade show, kicked off by the charity fund raising FASHION RUNWAY SHOW for people and their pets. This grand affair was produced by MARIO DIFANTE executive director and ALEXA CACH fashion director. There were a couple awards sponsored by SWAROVSKI. One was the STUDENT DESIGN AWARD presented to “DAVEY MAKEOUT” for his innovative designs and the other was the MEDIA CHOICE AWARD given to KIMMY NGUYEN of DISCO LULU. Additionally there was a fine art silent auction plus a raffle, all to raise funds for varies animal welfare organizations. The trade show itself was a mind boggling two floors of high-end products…some of which I will be featuring in up-coming posts.
All in all a great time was had by man and beast.

Our favorite Angel GISELE BUNDCHEN shown here at Malibu Beach with then boyfriend LEO DICAPRIO’s Mom. Playing with two of his dog’s, a Yellow Lab and a French Bulldog. The Brazilian super star is the highest paid model in the world with a personal fortune over $150 million. We never hear about her little Yorkie “VIDA”. She was lost, then found, and now must be living on the down-low.

See JAKE GYLLENHAAL is just like us. He goes to the pet store to buy stuff for his dog’s just like us. And then he takes his dogs ATTICUS and BOO RADLEY for a walk just like us. And then he bags up their poo just like us.

JACQUES GARCIA is not only a renown interior decorator but also a loving son (that’s his Mother pictured with him on the leopard skin sofa with their two Jack Russell Terrier’s OLYMPE and LEON, click to enlarge). Starting the renovation 15 years ago on the 17th century chateau in Normandy France has been a labor of love. Besides being Jacques week-end home, the chateau and it’s 94 acre garden’s are open to the public April-Nov. And there are plans to open what was once the servants quarters as a hotel and restaurant next year. Hotel’s and restaurant’s are what Garcia is best known for, having decorated the trendy HOTEL COSTES in Paris, the SPICE MARKET restaurant in New York, as well as the HOTEL VICTOR in Miami Beach. I love a man thats good to his Mother.
